Refresher Associates Course & Written Exam - 12th November 2025

The first 2/3 of the day will consist of refresher training, with the last 1/3 consisting of the written exam.Day two or another convenient date (within a month of attending the Associate training) will consist of the role play part of their exam and will be 1-2-1 based.

You should expect to cover: About the Will writing sector.

*Intestacy provisions.

*Executors and trustees: their roles.

*Guardians and parental responsibility. Gifts & legacies. 

*What is the residue?

*Funeral Wishes.

*Signing the Will.

*Trusts. Disinheritance.

The fee for this course is £140 plus their Student Associate Membership subscription, which does include the exam and the course manual.
