Prerequisites:
- Have passed the IPW entrance exam, or an equivalent
exam accepted by the IPW.
- Have attended the IPW webinars in respect of Lasting Powers of
Attorney, Advising the Elderly and An Introduction to Will Trusts (or an
equivalent course accepted by IPW).
- Have at least 3 months Willwriting experience OR written (full members)
or have taken instructions for (associate members) at least 15 Wills.
